T2i Music video shot on the Canon 550D / T2i

This is my first music video. Entirely shot on the Canon 550D.
Lenses: "18-55mm kit lens", "50mm f/1.8" & "M42 28mm 2.8".

Wow this was good. I didnt understant most of the lyrics but the visual quality was awesome. I liked the use of black and white too. How much of the video was with "nifty fifty" 50mm 1.8? from your post on DVXuser Im amazed at the quality from the lenses you used lol. It makes me feel better with my wishlist of lenses i plan to get lol lol

I didn't shoot that much with the 50mm, just a few scenes in the kitchen. To be honest, most of the clip was shot with the kit lens at 18mm. And I didn't even sharpen the image in post. :)

Yeah, the nice thing about shooting in B&W is that you don't need to do much in post for it to look great!
 
Nice, I am working on a music video as well. It will be B&W but there will also be some color. I use the T2i as well. Great camera for the price. I added a lot of extra items, which cost a great deal of money, but everything is turning out great. Below is part of a video series I am working on:

You don't have to do that much of color correction in black/white that's right, but shadows, light and contrast have to be done carefully. Without lighting up some spots in post and additional effects like some vignetting the clip wouldn't have the same look.
