Music Video Created with XH-A1 and T2i

A black man telling the story of what I presume to be of himself yet the younger version he is playing is a person of another race? Yeah you as the director just killed your own project, very very poor on your part

sorry.

Lol i think you interpreted that alittle wrong. B.A.D (The MC) is story telling the asain guys life. From when he was a kid to what he is now... an adult boxer... Its even in the lyrics.

Thanks for your reply though

yeah, life4eva got it wrong..I understand what u were trying to do.. I thought your camerawork was very good. Editing was also very fluid. Dont know if you did that too. but Good job bro. I actually watched it with no sound, cuz my son's sleepin (not cuz you said the song sucked..lol) , so I got to peep your angles and shot selection and I thought you did well. If I had anything to bad to say is the choice of having the artist in the white suit for the onlocation shots. In the white room, it works, at the park, it doesnt. But thats just me. Also, I dont know if this right, I maybe have to watch it again but it seemed like a lot of close ups, less mids and wides.. Like the girl singing, it was strictly headshots, like with an 85mm , but no body shots or wides (maybe she had a bad body or..??) But definitely still a good job.

Keep it moving bro..

btw, if you get a chance feel free to critique me..All T2i video, my very 1st T2i video(coming from an Hpx170 background). Let me know what you think.

I checked it out. I saw no problems with the concept of the video although there was a little bit of lighting/grading issue. You did a great job and keep it moving!!

Just watched the video again and I can see what you were trying to say now, but now this leads to other problems.

Poor Production ( Music )
The woman singing the chorus is obviously not a singer and it sound very bad honestly, really bad
The artist rapping is ok, imo I think he should slow his rapping pattern down a little bit.

Overall it is hard to push a Music Video for a song that no one knows and to top it off is not good in the first place. I would suggest you finding some local talent in your area that has a following/buzz and you work with an artist like that.
