Multi-Clipping P2 and Firestore Footage

I'm shooting an event with 2 cameras; an HVX200A with P2 cards, and an HVX200 with Firestore set to Quicktime. I'm shooting in 16:9 DVCPRO50. I'm using a Macbook Pro with FCP 5.1.4.

It's sports action footage, so I'll be using 60i with duplicate settings on both cameras.

I'm looking for workflow tips for best visual results.
 
Guess no one's done this before.
The event is over, and I still find the question interesting. Not the workflow issue as much as the difference between the cameras. Each has remarkable but different results shooting an action event using spotlights with hard white and various gels.
