MTV Pilot: House of Dreams shot on 7D

Hey everyone,

We made a pilot episode for our own reality TV show for an MTV competition. The story is 3 up-and-coming musical artists living in the same house hold. In this clip they cover the song 'don't stop believing' by journey. Enjoy guys here's the link and let me know your feedback!:

copy; I used a canon 24-70 2.8L for all the shots except for the CU of Tito smoking the hookah I used the 50mm 1.8

For stabalization I used the gini rig dsl-17 that I found off ebay http://cgi.ebay.ca/DSL-17-upgread-s...=ViewItem&pt=Film_Cameras&hash=item3a5c9e9110

For audio: The interviews, we had an ME66 on a mic stand into my zoom H4N, and then for the music session we recorded with Eric's studio mic...

For lighting we had a 650 fresnel with a green gel bouncing off the white wall, a 650 fresnel with a green gel directly pointed at them, and then a 300watt back light for the singing part. The only thing I would've done differently is get an atmosphere machine to create some haze and also get some sort of eye piece because as you can see I'm trying to find the focus a bunch of times
