MTV Golden Popcorn with Canon A1?

Two of some of my best friends in the world submitted an entry for MTV's contest to win a Golden Popcorn... The idea behind the contest is to make a spoof of certain selected movies... theirs? They spoofed The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, now the "Texas Chainsaw Musical" - lol

All of this was shot on the A1, so I thought I would share! If you have a Yahoo account, you can give a rating (hopefully 5 stars!).

This sounds awesome. I'm a huge fan of the '73 TCM, so I hope to enjoy the parody.

That was great! The Leatherface character looks just Paddy Considine's character in 'Dead Man's Shoes'... anyways do you know if they won aGolden Popcorn?

No... no one's won anything yet. Eventually the entries will be taken down to only a few and then all of America votes for the winner to be announced sometime later this year (before the Award Show, of course).

Glad you liked it. I thought the A1 shines, esp. with the good compression. Only major critique I have is that the outdoor shots do not look consistent with the indoor.
