C100: MTS files

Hi.

I will run OS X 10.5.8 (I know, I know...) for a few more weeks, before changing my Mac and update all the software.
I am desperately looking for a free software that enables me to view mts files without converting them. VLC is great, easy and quick but they look as if they are interlaced.

What is your suggestion?

Panasonic has a mts viewer that plays the files in the finder

You can also turn on deinterlacing in VLC. Just go to Video>Deinterlace to do it.

Thanks Fahnon, it works! I didn't explore the settings on VLC, but now all seems so easy
Thanks Dustylense, but I have to wait after the upgrade. MplayerX works with OSX 10.6 +
