Movie settings for DVD

I have been shooting in 24p enhanced, but have some editing problems now and then, especially when it comes to editing for NTSC PBS standards. Currently I have a DVD only project. What is recommended for "Scene File" settings for profession DVD's?

24p enhanced? Are you sure you aren't talking about 24p advanced?

When you're shooting for a broadcast outlet, you need to work to their standards. But since this is straight to DVD, you can work with your own preferred frame rate. 24pA should be fine.

As far as scene file... that really has nothing to do with "professional" DVDs outside of using your camera to get polished images. If the final video doesn't look professional in the way it was shot and edited, then the DVD won't look professional.

Thanks for the advice and for your intuitive powers that understood my question despite my words. I did mean "Advance."
