I always get a couple of mov file out of my Canon 7D that won't play.

usually get one bad mov out of my panasonic GH1 and Canon 7D every time I do a shoot, as I assume does anyone else who uses them a lot, tried a few cams, so its not a cam issue. Got a few media cards including a scandisk card, so its not a media issue.

Do many people get this problem?

Get a new card. The ONLY reason you get a corrupt file is because of the card. Try formatting and if it still doesn't help just get another one.

Thanks man, I've got a couple of cards here.. its the same problem on both. Both are brand new. I've tried formatting too, no change. I've also tried a couple of cameras, including a GH-1 and a 7D. Out of a whole day of filming with between 15 - 80 clips, there is usually one or two clips that are corrupt.

If no one else is having this problem, that is highly curious! I have just always accepted it as a "quirk" of the cameras.

When I bought the SanDisk cards a couple of months ago, they cost around £100 ($160) each so they're not cheap!

I've ordered another new card so I'll report back.
