Mountain bike edit from summer

Sweet. I like how you captured the environment pretty well. The fog hanging over the forest trees and singletrack running through them. The detail on some of the shots are great, like the shot at 0:53, being able to see the (little) bits of dirt being kicked up is pretty sweet. The variety of shots is good to see, where some scenes just let the rider run through without moving the camera, then tracking shots to mix things up a bit. I like the pacing, where there are breaks between the jumps and turns, just letting the camera soak up the surroundings. Good work!

i've always admired your work.
i think you'll make a great filmmaker, dp or editor if you ever decide to produce a story-driven film.
in fact, i strongly encourage you to find a good story in your biking community to make a documentary about, or even something fictional maybe, and take a stab at it.
i bet it will be pretty awesome!

Absolutely beautiful work! I really do love how crisp your footage looks which doesn't always seem to be the case for HMC150 footage.

I agree with Averan's comments. Well put together. Do you ride as well as Lane does or do you just film him?
