So if I buy an F3 next week, I don't get s-log at $899? Even if before the 3/31 deadline? That's what I'm reading in the terms of the last Qualifier on this brochure.

One site I found said Sony is offering the camera with S-log pre-loaded on it: http://www.dslrnewsshooter.com/2012...og-upgrade-price/comment-page-1/#comment-2927 "You can of course just buy a new F3 in America with the option already loaded for an additional $899."

Amazing. Something on the internet that is wrong. Sony is not offering the F3 with S-Log installed. Who knows what will happen in the future but, shocking as it might sound, a blogger is actually wrong.

But yes, if you buy an F3 today, you will qualify for the $899 upgrade whenever Sony receives new stock and resumes the program.

It's actually not shocking to me whatsoever. But I only manage to keep from being a mindless interwebs reader only about 20% of the time. Thanks for the clarification though. :)
