Monitor question

Is this a good monitor? Has anyone used this one or is there something out there that most DSLR are using? I have a proam but would like to get a much better monitor for my DSLR.

Im in the same boat my friend. Really wanting something that can Peak, easy to use and allows me to pull focus more effectively.
Im using a GH2, and actually prefer something small. 7" is a bit large IMOP for a DSLR rig... but each to his own.
Anyhow, I really like the feature set on Ikan VL5 5 inch LCD HDMI Monitor.

But Lilliput offer tons of features for a very cheap price. As a starting monitor, I think they are a great value. Peaking being very important which both offer.
I however cannot speak from experience with either of these 2 brands, just through research and plenty of Youtube videos... i've come to the decision to go for the Ikan for its size, features, weight, and simplicity. But if I needed a 7"... it'd be Lilliput hands down.
Lilliput offers many more inputs and a larger LCD for almost the same price... but I just need HDMI, and I think 5" with peaking should be just fine for my needs.
