He's actually not making fun of Scientology.

He's making fun of a group of people protesting Scientology who seem to be going out of their way to make anyone else looks sane.

The thread is not titled very well.

EDIT: Changed title of thread from "Scientology Protest" to "Mocking some Scientology Picketers"

On the one hand the work itself deals with religion (sort of). On the other hand it does so within the context of a member's work. So it may be technically ok. Just like you can't post a pic of boobies in the cafe, but you can have them in your film.

Will leave thread open for the time being while more mods come on line and we can discuss it. Ultimately we may decide it's best to shut it down due to the forum's no religion policy.

In the interim - you can discuss if this is funny or not. How the camera looks. Is it a spoof or a ripoff (of triumph), is the filmmaker getting what he's going for or falling short, does it work for you, etc. But if you discuss Scientology or religion the thread will get locked right away by any mod that's online.
