C100: Mk1 and 2 audio sync drift

Has anyone come across the mk1 and 2 audio drifting out of sync over long takes. I'm shooting with a mk1 and 2, both set to 25fps, at 24mbps, PF25.0. But when I'm shooting long takes and then syncing the shots together in post after a while they drift out of sync from one another.

Anyone else experienced this, and if so, what was your fix?
 
No genlock and of course they will drift out of sync. Any non genlocked sources will. The sync clip feature in FCP X and Premiere Pro CC should take care of that drift, shouldn't it?
 
Was one set to AVCHD and one set to MP4? I have better luck maintaining sync on long takes if they are all set to AVCHD. I also use the included Data Import Utility to extract the MTS files into continuous files.
