Mixing SD and HD in my demo reel

I'm currently putting together a demo reel and i'm having troubles deciding what the best approach is for mixing my SD footage with my HD.

I've got 16mm documentary footage taken from a miniDV copy (unfortunately I don't have access to the DVCAM original) and I have 720p HD footage from my HVX.

Should I uprez the SD or downrez the HD?

16:9 or 4:3??

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

How will you be presenting?

Also; FYI: The DV signal is identical to the DVCAM signal, so no loss there. :)

This will just end up on dvd. I just don't like having to scale the size of the DV footage to fit the HD screen. There's a real quality loss there. Maybe i'll try downrezing the HD then.

Unless most of your potential clients have HD-DVD players and sets and you can author and burn HD-DVD, NTSC would be better. Downconvert the HD stuff.
