Well, I think I essentially said the whole idea in the title, but basically it would be similar to a tripod mounting plate and would have thumbscrew micro weight adjustments for assisting with balancing on any stabilization system. We all know the hassles of trying to get our rigs balanced just right... the Red Weight Plate would help with that!
