C300: Mic holder

I using Shure Shotgun mic with my canon C300 and always hear motor of camera. Maybe there is some solution for it ?
Maybe different mic holders ?

I imagine it's the lens your are hearing? The autofocus and image stabilization? I hear it as well. I would be surprised if there is a way for a mic that is 4 inches from the lens not to pick up the noise. I often turn off IS when I have to use an on-camera mic. An STM lens would probably solve the problem.
 
You are probably hearing the IS. The C100 does a great job of getting the mic out in front of the camera so I rarely hear IS noise on that camera. Also, many of the newer IS lenses are almost completely silent. The 18-135IS STM and 16-35 f/4 IS are dead quiet. The 100L Macro IS, however, is disconcertingly loud.
