Mic For A1

hey guys, i am thinking about buying oktava m12 for my A1 but i don't any thing about the mic. I am going to use it indoors for bands. Is it a phantom power and do i need shock mount for it. Any help is all good. thx:violin: </IMG>

at815b by audio technica works very well, and there are some good deals on them if you watch ebay for a week.
