it is the MTS file uploaded to youtube.
If anybody needs the raw file I can give you my dropbox link

This is my 4th camera: canon xh-a1, sony fx7, HMC80 and now AC90. It is a great camera and saves lots of time compared to tape cameras.

Your camera must have been in manual mode as I thought the ac90 had an automatic nd filter. Definitely makes a difference.

The AC90's ND filter isn't automatic, it is integrated. It is not possible for it to be disabled or turn it off. It is an integral part of the iris system.

I need to get an ND filter for my AC-90. I was looking at the B&W and they rate their stop at .9-8x. What is the 8x about?

It means it cuts the light down in intensity by 8x. Or, put another way, it transmits 1/8th the visible light. .9 means three stops of reduction (each .1 = 1/3 of a stop). Three stops = 1/8 intensity (one stop cuts the light in half, one more stop cuts it in half again to 1/4, and one more stop cuts it in half again to 1/8).
