The footage usually has blur/noise because people don't know how to up-scale their footage properly. Can you show me other similiar videos or explain why the footage often appears blurrier/with noise?
Thank you! Pardon me being a nublet!
me?wow thats a great up-rez! what did you use to upscale compress?
There's no audio because youtube removed it due to a copyright claim

well squeeze is anamorphic 16:9 whereas letter box is 4:3 with black bars. if ur gonna be Colour grading it would affect the colour of the blackbars in letterbox i believe.
here's an uprezzed clip i did...just exported 1280x720 (HDTV option) in PPcs3

Looks nice ImoNo adapter used right?
what I ment earlier about grain/noise can be seen in this video:
http://www.vimeo.com/1442007
AT 0.30 Im digusted by all the grain, yet around a minute when you see the whole car, the picture is very sharp and nice.
Now, is this the dvx handling light? The interior close up versus the half-shot outside?
That isn't fair I guess, but is it safe to say that it does this kind of gain at low light?
push ur master ped to around -12 to reduce noise/grain in lowlight. u will prolly have to introduce more light to the scene though.
