Medusa, Ohio

[ThunderDownCountry]

Medusa, Ohio was originally a 10-15 minute short narrative. It was the first thing we filmed when we got our HVX200. After several music video shoots, we lost interest & hope in our 95% complete short narrative. It sat on the shelf for months, until we got tired of the hours of footage taking up space. So... here is a 3 minute experimental short. Enjoy.

Not to sound mean, but that guy makes for a good serial killer. I think it is the glasses. The profile shots of him digging were really nice. What was your shutter at for the close ups of the shovel going into the dirt?

The video is nothing short of amazing! Creepy, story told and excellent shooting! Congrats! I'd love to see the rest

hey thanks a lot guys!

steven, to be honest, i filmed the digging scenes last winter and i don't remember right off the top of my head, but if i had to guess it'd most likely be 1/120, i don't think i've ever shot anything over that.

mozi, thank you! i'd love to put the full short out, but i don't think i have the means or the time to finish it
