Media Composer 2.8 settings for 24p?

Hey gang, I'm wondering what project settings to use for 24p regular as opposed to 24pA. Should I use 24p or 30i? I noticed that in 30i theres not an option for "Film and 24p" in the settings.

Just wanna make sure I'm using the right thing.

For DVX footage with Avid. . .

30i for 24P Normal ("Regular")

23.976 for 24PA ("Advanced")

Avid will remove both pulldown types in a 23.976 project. Check Film/24p settings for pulldown type.

Well I'm going to do it in 24pRegular cause I'll be mixing other media with it.
