After a long time reading in fear of issues, I tried the MBP with P2 for the first time on a quick shoot, and had success.
My buddy had set up the MBP, so I am not sure of the "order" he isntalled the P2CMS, P2 drivers, etc...
(I had heard that order matters as sometimes the drivers can get messed up?)
We were using OSX 10.4.11, quicktime 7.5 and had no issues.
The one weird thing was that the "lastclip.txt" file was not included (that I could see) in the exported "virtual card" forlder on the hard drive...
but when I ejected the P2 card, and "mounted" the virtual card in P2CMS, all the thumbnalls showed up and played fine - is this nromal?
Also - I know you can't "drag and drop" off the P2 card for whatever reason, but can you "drag and drop" the virtual card, after exporting, to make back-ups on other drives??
thnx
