Hi,
i was reading a thread about the high cost argument on p2's and Barry Green mentioned Maxell & Fuji were also producing these cards,
I can't find anything on availabilty from these manufacturers,
just statements that they will be releasing but no dates,
any pointers?
Thanks

I've heard of some Australian purchases, but I don't think I've ever read here of a US purchase.

But the pricing seems to be just about the same as panasonics.

Fuji P2 cards

Fuji P2 cards

I received an email from one of my distributors last month offering me Fuji P2 cards, the price was the same as the Panasonic.

I am assuming that just like tape they are made in the same factory and just have different labels.

Actually this is true. :crybaby:

call me stoopid but if that's the case, why do they bother with different branding rather than just leaving it to panasonic to churn 'em out?
