Matt Sconce- Stricken

LOL!!! I just watched it full res on my comp and actually put my glasses on, and it looked good. It is interesting how the noise in those pictures is lessened by movement. Also, when I don't wear my glasses, I see more movement in the noise...weird huh? Anyway, I believe I now have a locked cut except for final credits! Yay!

What are you editing on? I think if you tweaked around w/ the controls for a bit you would find it really easy to find the type of CC you have done here. Moreover, you would probably find something you like even better. Plus, you have the time! lol. It's really looking good though man, congrats.

Woohoo! Glad you like em. I have never seen Ringu....I was too freaked out by the ring to watch anything related for a long time. I finally watched the ring two in daylight and thought it was lame, but I heard Ringu was freaky!
 
I am uploading the locked cut to Leo Gardini through MSN Messenger as I type this!! Woohoo! I am very excited to experience the movie once the music has been added!
 
COOL! Leo is great, we used a piece of his for the first teaser of Smuggler's Ransom. Congrats on getting the cut finished (ahead of schedule!)

It was and it was all due to the patient wonderful actors and families of the actors. They put up with me overscheduling shoots. Somehow I thought 40 shots when starting filming at 6: pm was no problem. I failed to calculate how much time effects, blood, setup, costuming, makeup and all takes. They were troopers and very supportive and we had a blast! The blood did turn out good! I told some kids on the set how to make the JDS blood out of stawberry syrup and chocolate syrup and they were SOOOO excited. I don't know how their parents felt though...I think they thought it was cool.:Drogar-Evil(DBG):


I am sound editing right now. Adobe audition is mega powerful!
 
Thanks for the BTS stuff. Man, it looks like you guys had a great time shooting. Good luck with the final cut!

Its so awesome... I saw a shot of some people on set playing cards... on Smuggler's Tony (the lead) was always hanging with the craft service girls (my sister and her friend) playing cards... and our sound guy (Matt) was playing with them as well... we'd always have to be like, ok, we're ready... hey, we always knew where to find them Haha

UPDATE: Halfway done with sound engineering, then I am adding ambient sounds. Leo has watched the movie and is coming up with ideas for the score.
