I film skateboarding. I use my DVX for fisheye shots but i wanted to use my t3i for b-roll and second angles. I just don't like how i can tell my t3i from my DVX so easily when put together but i seen some other filmers mix HD and SD so seemlessly. Sorry if this is the wrong section to post this but i didn't know where to post this. If it helps i film in 60i on my dvx and 60p on my t3i. Would it be bad to mix interlaced with progressive footage also? Im confused if i use these to frame rates on what timeline i should use. a 60i timeline or a 60p timeline in final cut pro x.
