C100: Matching mk1 and mk2

Had a two camera shoot with a mk1 and mk2 today, shot both on wide DR, and figured the two would match fairly close. Boy was I wrong, the mk1 has a huge green/yellow bias (which I've always been aware of) in comparison the the colder slightly magenta hue I noticed in the mk2. With a grade I was able to get them close, but still not close enough for my liking and as this two camera setup will be a common occurrence in the future I need some settings to match the two cameras better.
So, has anyone had any luck with some custom profiles or setting tweaks to existing profiles to match the mk1 and mk2 better?

true that mkII is much colder than the I.

I suggest you put both cameras in front of a white sheet, lighted evenly, full frame, exposed properly, use a large pro monitor with full screen vectorscope, and tweak each profile in each cam in the matrix settings until matching them...

that the only thing I can think of.

I have both camera . Before I got mk2 I was thinking so long if I supposed to get mk2 or just to get mk1 . I was afraid of colder slightly magenta hue . I was wrong , camera is wonderful all what I do is just to go higher with wb . So in sunny day I go up to 5900k . I get nice skin tone and all overlook warm footage . In mk1 I just twist green down by 2 in wb setting and always keep wb k lower then mk2 . Mk2 is the best camera I have ever had in my life , I love it and it is pure pleasure work with it , it is almost perfect tool for what I do .

Update:

After a bit of playing around with camera settings and post I have what I think is a reasonably good match.

I'm using a modified scene file which uses the Canon log gamma, and the EOS Std colour matrix.
Then I WB the mk2 300K higher than the mk1. e.g. 5600K on mk1 and 5900K on mk2. Then in post (using the basic colour correction in FCPX) I remove 1% from 110°. Whilst this still doesn't match perfectly, it's a damn sight closer than WDR and with a little grade looks very similar.
