C100: Matching c100 MK ii and c100 MK i

Planning a 3-camera shoot with 3 c100's. One is mine (MK i) and two are rentals (MKii).
Rental house no longer carries the MKi.

Anyone have experience with profiles and matching the two camera versions?

Thanks in advance,

Dan

Just cool off the Mark I slightly. The images are virtually indistinguishable otherwise.

Do you have to use the rental house? Someplace like lensrentals rents the mkI and then you don't have to deal with any of the post matching issues.

I'd stick with stock profiles. They aren't 100% the same, but you might not notice without doing an A/B comparison. Wide DR, canon log, cinema lock. Maybe Normal 1? haven't tried that yet.

I get into trouble when I start trying to match custom profiles between the two models. The settings seems to do frustratingly different thing. Hopefully we'll get some little firmware updates that will make matching the two easier. Surely Canon knew a lot of users would want to use the Mk1 and the Mk 2 together? I've had to essentially throw out all the lovely custom profiles for the mk 1 that I spent years collecting and tweaking.
