I was wondering how to shoot this? HD 60i or 30i? on my XHA1.
What's best?

60i should you wish for slow motion. Well lit around 120shutter with nice colour preset. I'm assuming its fast movement so a nice wide angle lens will help you if its an instructional video.

If not. Single light in a studio on a dolly or mini crane. Red backlight and dust particles!
