Mark III Recording Size Options Help!!!

Hi! I am shooting my sister's renewal vows on the beach and I want to have the best quality settings for her. Should I shoot 1920 30 ALL-I or 1920 24 ALL-I using my Canon 5 Mark III. Is anyone kind enough to share their thoughts? Thanks! I really appreciate it! Priscilla

24fps v.s 30fps is less of a quality decision as it is a stylistic choice. If you want to emulate film then you will want to go with 24fps, video would be 30fps. If you are shooting 24fps you can shoot a clip in 30fps and play it back at 24fps and get a 80% slowmo.
