Does this field recorder come with a backstrap? And with an SD-Card? (if not, which SD-Card should I get?)

yes and yes.

from b&h:

What's in the Box

Marantz PMD661 Professional Portable Flash Field Recorder
SD Card
AC Adapter
3.5mm to RCA Audio Cable
USB Cable
Carrying Strap
CD-ROM
User Guide
1-Year Limited Warranty

i'd get 2 8gb or 2 16gb cards, depends on how long you anticipate to be recording. and at least class 4 rating. and don't get off brand cards. transcend, sandisk, kingston & pny are popular brands. some users have better results with others. i have at least 1 of each brand and they work fine.

I work at B&H, and I can honestly say I would not recommend PNY cards. While most of the time, there is no issue, lately, I have noticed that more PNY cards than any other brand, have strange incompatibilities.

I come from a photographic background, and would only buy SanDisk cards myself. Kingston, for a "budget" brand is probably the best bet. Also, for whatever reason, I have often noticed that a memory card rated for video will be cheaper by a couple of dollars than the same spec'd card for photography. There is NO difference.

though i've been quite happy with my PMD661 for the most part (usability/sound), i just had to send it in for service. the "fastforward/rewind" function does not work correctly. it should speed up to 100x after holding the respective button for a few seconds, but it won't. maybe i have a lemon. sigh.
