manfrotto*rapid*connect*adapter*for Glidecam.

Hi guys

I have a glidecam 4000 pro which I attach to my 7d but it's a balancing hassle. I want to get a manfrotto*rapid*connect*adapter*which would also accept my 701 tripod head SLIDE so that I can quickly pull off the 7D off my tripod and attach it to my glidecam and not worry about balancing the thing.

I found a few manfrotto adapter and slider combos but I don't need the extra slider which I already have and I don't know if my 701 slider will fit into the adapter

Does anyone know where to buy this part?

its a widely accepted plate size, I'm certain it will fit, even if it's a great bit longer

I was looking at the snap-in plate, but found that the 577 plate worked better, as it added an additional bonus of positioning on the glidecams plate. Very useful if you're changing up lenses as it gives a quicker balancing than the adjustment screws
