Manfrotto 701HDV/190XB too big and heavy, other suggestions?

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a combo Manfrotto 701HDV head + 190XB tripod to use with my GH2 when I'm out and about. Thing is, I thought they'd make for a light and small package, but they're still pretty bulky and heavy.

Can anyone recommend another head/tripo combo that's lighter and smaller for the GH2 + lenses?
