C300: MANFROTTO - 521 pro - elctronic controler ?

Hey guys!

I wonder if anyone used that MANFROTTO - 521 pro? with c300 or any of C cams? i wonder what it does? is there any way to control focus, iris, iso, stop/start with any of similar Products?

but its not in english so not sure what it could do.....

would be great to do some control with Fig Rig for example, maybe be could be useful with some other setups as well!
