Maintaining the camera...

While I've been using a DVX100A for years, I've never actually owned one, always checking it out and letting others do most of the matenence. Now that I own an HVX200, I'm curious how needs to be maintained and cleaned. The P2 cards thankfully means I won't have to worry about head cleaners but what about the lense? What should I use to clean it and what's the best procedure. What else needs upkeep?

We just run it through the dishwasher each week.

Seriously, I think the real care goes in day to day handling more than anything else.
