Magic Lantern 60D & 550D combination

Just curious as to whether it is possible to have 550D & 60D versions of Magic Lantern on the same SD card so it can be used in either camera. I am interested because this would mean that should I choose to get the 60D as my 2nd body I can prepare all the cards identically rather than having to prepare some for the 550D and some for the 60D and then keep tabs on what's what.

My guess is it's not possible, if for no other reason than you can't have two files called "autoexec.bin" in the same folder, but I'd love to hear otherwise!
 
I did some experiments on this, but no success yet (other than making the 550D freeze).
 
In theory, it should work either by making autoexec.bin twice as big (to contain the code for both cameras), or by placing camera-specific binary in subfolders. I tried the first method; the second is a bit more difficult, but I hope it will be possible soon.
