Magic bullet problem! HELP!

I am sending sending my film off to some distributors this week and have ran into a huge problem. I upgraded to a new PC this past week( windows 7, quad core, 8 gigs of DDR3 etc.) on my old PC I was using magic bullet suite for Vegas well, I upgraded to magic bullet looks which I already like better sans one problem. the plugin will freak out after having the program running for 30 minutes or so and after about 3 minutes of rendering or sometimes within seconds it will just shut down vegas. It is like it just "scrambles" the footage I have pics below of what it does. I am trying to re-color the film before sending it out and this is driving me crazy. I have re-installed vegas, looks, hell, I even installed an older version of vegas 7 and i get the same thing. One thing that i tried was take an hour of the film add the magic bullet plugin to about 40 random scenes throughout the timeline and not any of the others and it would render the whole thing fine but, if i stick 4 minutes of magic bullet footage all together it will crash. vegas will render anything fine WITHOUT the plugin....hell, im so stumped and unmotivated right now..... If any of you have any idea what the hell is happening it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure that all your software is Windows 7 compatible?

It's usually not a good idea to upgrade anything in the middle of a large project.

I actually just did that last night, but I can barely work with premiere(guess i will learn) your right, magic bullet renders fine with that. at the moment i just reinstalled the old magic bullet that works with Vegas to render my film( moving it to another NLE would be ridiculous)

Thanks guys, I would still like to know why it does this because Looks is suppose to support Vegas and 64 bit systems...
