The video looked soft to me, as if the focus were "a hair out" Maybe it was monitor. The blacks look great though, noise free, maybe crushed a little to much. but it worked.
Now for the story, I didn't understand it at all. I think it was a good first attempt though. and your at least trying and creating films, which is more than I can say for the pixel peepers that do nothing but look at others work and complain about this or that. You know, the ones that have nothing but test vids, and cat closeups on their vimeo page. Seems like it's become an epidemic lately. lol
keep up the good work, just try to cut it to where the audience doesn't have to watch it several times to guess at whats going on.
