Mac P2 management software

Sounds cool. Competition is great and us Mac users need a solution. Kind of crazy though that we'll have to pay for it when its free on the PC.

I do think anything made through a collaboration with customers is going to be tons better than something created within a vacuum/ boardroom discussions.
 
I have no doubt that any 3rd-party app will exceed the capabilities of Panasonic's P2 Viewer. Panasonic isn't in the software business; they provided the viewer because hey, we gotta have something... but it's not a very robust application. I very much look forward to seeing what software companies do for P2 management, it can only get better.
 
I'm thinking, within the next few months, we could go to versiontracker.com and download a popular P2 viewer application on both Mac and Windows. - Of course, the mac version will kick ass, and the windowsversion will be ugly to look at, but work just as well.

I would love a program that gives me the ability to select a group of clips (that have consectutive timecode) and stitch them together as a big clip... its driving me crazy have a clip for each time i hit record.. what's the point in having regen timecode?
