Mac HD footage>Pc SD>Dvd 9

Ok so I have a movie I've edited in 720pn in FCP.
The only dvd authoring software I have is on my PC, so I need to export from final cut for Adobe Encore CS3, from there I'll be exporting to GPME to create a dvd 9, as thats the format I'm finishing in.
The edit is around an hour long, so I'm losing a lot of time with any mistakes I make, any help is greatly appreciated!
 
Export self contained.

Use Compressor to create m2v and ac3 files for Encore on the PC.

Try it with a small sample export to confirm.
