Actualllyyyyyyyyyy ... You can go M43 to Nikon to Canon but you won't get infinity if I remember right. I've shot with M43s on 7D and 5D before, I'm pretty sure that's how.
But again, no infinity, not even close. You get maybe 20ish feet from camera to furthest plane before it stops.
