Lumix 20mm and 7-14mm AFS

Hi all,
I've just bought a 20mm pancake lens and I discovered that AFS does not works while shooting video: the lens continues using AFC.

Is it true also for the 7-14mm lens?

PS
I have the 14-45mm and the AFS works in video mode.

Thank you in advance

i always thought that with video it always shoots at AFC on the GH1 or was that AFS. ...cant remember but it was one of the two but not both?

I think it depends on the lens.

At the beginning I had only the Lumix 14-45mm and the lens behave in video mode exactly as in photo mode. So you set AFS, AFC or MF and it works as expected.
Then I bought th 20mm pancake. During the first shots I used AFS so I thought that half pressing the shutter button the camera would focus and then the focus remain locked.
Soon I discovered that the lens was continuing focusing as in AFC mode. Digging into the GH1 manual I found that in video mode focus is continuosly adjusted for AFS and AFC but my 14-45mm does not works in this way.

So, this behavior depends on the lens.
I'm planning to use the 7-14mm in a underwater housing so I cannot focus manually so its' important that the AFS works also in video mode.

See http://panasonic.jp/support/global/cs/dsc/connect/gh2.html . The chart indicates that the 20mm and 7-14mm should support AFC (although slower than other lenses) and AFS in video mode. My experience with the 20mm has been that whenever I change to AFC a little message comes up that says to change to AFS. There may be some setting that's at play here. There seems to be no end to unintended results from different combinations of settings on this camera.

Actually, AFS is what I want :)

I point the subject AF and then focus stay there. With the 14-45mm it works but with the pancake it continues to focus....

We should switch cameras. :)
Or take another crack at the menus. There are several settings that mess with the autofocus.
