Low res files for logging

Anyone have a solid method/workflow for sending producers raw material for logging, time coding and writing? I've moved some material around in Dropbox, but since it's just for logging etc... No reason for it to be large, high quality files.

Much appreciated

This app is a staple of my workflow. The app runs in the back ground once you have set it up with a watch folder and destination folder. I bill clients for the service at a modest rate and they really appreciate having time coded proxies to screen on a laptop or iPad.

The app costs something but once you see how painless its workflow is compared to manually doing the job its really a no brainer. Proxymill is an essential part of my workflow.

Thoughts on RG Grinder for the same application?
