i turned it to low light but when i look through the viewfinder it blurs the object when they move and doesn't film like normal speed, is this normal b\c its annoying? thanks

thats what i kinda of figued....is there anyway to do anything about it if you shoot in that mode or do you just have to deal with it

Use the wide end of the zoom range, wider aperture. Turn the gain up to +18, it's actually less grainy then it looks in the viewfinder. Shoot in 60i at 1/30 if needed and change it to progressive in post. The low light mode can lower your shutterspeed down as low as 1/8 sec. Don't use it. shoot in manuel or TV mode with 1/30 as your lowest speed.

well see i'm asking b\c next i'm shooting a wedding reception and its going to be like candle lit low lighting...so that why i was aking

Get an onboard light. It's never a good idea to use gain or low the shutter speed when you have a paying client. They're gonna start asking why everything is blurry or why the video look ultra grainy.
