Loving my new T2i

So I picked up a T2i yesterday to go with my HMC150 as a second camera and so far I am very impressed. I wish I could have bought a cam like this a long time ago for so little :-D

I'm using a $12 Nikon adapter with a 24mm 2.8, 50mm 2.0 and 70-300mm 4.5-5.6 and wow does this camera rock for the money.

The two biggest concerns I had were

A. How well would it handle motion and hand held work which it seems to have exceeded my expectations in that department and

B. Focusing, I never noticed in any of the threads anyone discussing what a great focus assist this camera comes with - it rocks!

The low light performance is obviously great. I can't wait to shoot it more side by with my Panasonic this week :-D

Very true, but as someone who has primarily shot video my entire life I was rather intimidated by the comments people were making it out to be a living hell to pull sharp focus,

I can pull sharp focus and follow a subject with 97% accuracy without the assist on this cam and if it is critical the assist makes it a snap :-D

I'm thinking of picking up a T2i as a B-cam for the HMC150 as well. Was waiting for a GH2(whenever that appears) but the price/performance of the T2i is pulling me in if the footage can match closely. Well if you get some testing done between the two I would like to see it or your opinion when you get a chance.
