Lost my Time code?

Hi, :crybaby: I'm crying because I cannot find out how to get my TC (time Code) to run on the screen on my DVX 100a, It seem that UB (users Bit) has taken over and will not leave. I have worked with the menu for several hours and cannot get the TC back up and running. All help will be greatly appreicated.
