Looking to upgrade from the HVX200a

I do mainly corporate work and also have aspirations to shoot for broadcast tv. The HVX200a has served me well and I love the P2 workflow but I am looking to upgrade the image quality. I am willing to shell out maybe 10 - 12 grand. Anyone have any suggestions?

The Panasonic AF100 and wells the sony FS100 are really good.
For cheaper, you can get a Panasonic GH2 as second camera (practically same sensor as the AF100) just no XLR and other gizmos.

I own a HPX170 and a GH2 and the image quality of the GH2 is stunning.

Apparently they will both have the same internals, the form factor and lens, interchangeable in the case of the 370, will be about the only functional differences.

Thanks Everyone!
I'm leaning towards the hpx 370. Looks like they have ironed out a few of the 300's problems somewhat. I like the shoulder mount, even if it makes for a bit chunkier camera. The interchangable lens capability is good, too. Is AVC Intra100 much better than DCVPro?

Panasonic AG-HPX370 vs Panasonic - AG-AF100
I'm a bit vexed. They are very different. Anyone every had a chance to shoot on both to compare?

Consider this:
With the AF100, you'll be spending some extra money to get it "shootable": finding good lenses, shoulder rig, monitor/viewfinder, external recorder for 4:2:2, etc.. If you already have these things, perhaps its not an issue.
IMO, the 370 is more ready-to-go out of the box. Buy it and shoot.

Catch is, each delivers a different aesthetic, and both are very good.
