General Looking for some advice - Shots provided

Overall, I'm new to photography, about 6 months in to be exact. Just looking for some critique on some shots I've taken and edited. They give a good feel for what I enjoy photographing, in my opinion. This consists of concert/show photography, as well as portraits and architecture. Feel free to be as harsh as necessary. It's welcomed.

Hi Quis3661, your photos look pretty good to me but I would suggest that the blacks are a little too crushed in the image of the bus. Unless it was an artistic choice, I think people like to see a little more dynamic range in images.

I like them. I would say on the portrait, I know the focus isn't necessarily on the background, but maybe make it a little more dynamic, or take it the other way, and make it plain. Somewhere in the middle looks a bit tacky in my opinion.

Thanks guys. The blacks were a choice and the portrait was just a shoot head shot. I really do appreciate the input though! Hopefully people will keep it coming.
