Looking for lens 10mm-20mm under $300?

I"m looking for a wide lens between 10mm - 20mm for under $300 at 2.8 or lower F stop and dont' want it to be a huge lens it's for my m4/3 camera, doesn't need to be sharp as it's for 'cinematic' videos, excluding any m4/3 lenses so looking for older lens and can be a zoom lens. What options do I have?
 
Tamron 4-12/1.2 c-mount... so long as you don't mind running in ETC mode, amongst all its other quirks
 
If you want rectilinear wide angle the Sigma 10-20mm f4-5.6 is the cheapest option, but maybe not under 300. it is slow, yes, but it will give you a 20-40mm equivalent on 35mm full frame and it is rectilinear.
