C200: Looking for feedback on my new reel - C100/C200/C500

Just finished updating my "People Talking" aka Host & Interviews DP reel and would love to hear your feedback & constructive criticism. This ranges through a couple of years so there's C100, C500, & C200 footage peppered throughout, but overall cuts together pretty nicely at 1080P.

My intended audience for this specific reel is for Producers/Directors looking to hire a DP to light & film a talking head shoot.

Good stuff Chris, this is really good work. I like the variety, the overhead lighting for the guy with tattoos and the handheld interviews, not too shaky for the sake of it!

You have three grey suits in there, I'd lose two and keep one. You could get the video exactly one minute too (I always like clean times if possible).

Really nice! How did you like the C500 btw, did you use 4K?

Thanks! Coming from the C100MK2 the C500 was a nice upgrade in quality and I mostly enjoyed my season with it, but by the end I was really tired of being tied to the Odyssey 7Q at all times (to record 4K). I miss the pro features like timecode syncing and convenience of recording in edit-ready 4K Prores, but I couldn't be happier about the ergonomics of the C200 as well as the amazing quality when shooting 4K raw.

Extremely competent, especially the lighting.

Being hyper critical..

1) 'Ball Scratchers' - what are people doing with thier hands? The ball scratcher shot is a pet hate of mine. Let the hands close the frame of a mid dont have them fiddling with something unseen just out of shot at crotch height. The book guy has a properly closed frame.

2) Camera operating - it woul be nice to see some camera movement (even panning and titlting) that show a rythmic connection to the subject.

You could have pulled focus to the second guy on the steps when he agrees - thats what I want to see in this shot, possibly use a different slice of the shot.

Super hard, but pushins should be countered by a tilt up or (big budget), boom up

I think there is one moment where a subject looks down the barrel at the end of the prhase, chop it.
