Looking for a cable

Hey guys, I'm looking for a cable with 3.5mm plugs that will connect my A1 to my media player, but have had little luck in finding any. It's a very simple AV cable, except that both ends need to terminate into male connections.

It seems like a very easy thing to find, but I have been pulling my hair out. Usually I find male/male 3.5mm and RCA or male/male 3.5 but it's for stereo audio only.

Can anyboyd help me out?

That's not quite what I'm looking for. It's just for mono audio, but I want the video male/male plug.

I think you might be right though, mini to rca with an adapter plug. But it seems like such a simple thing to make -- especially with newer video-enabled consumer products like the touch i-pod coming out and stuff. Meh.
